The Annual General Body Meeting was held on 4th July 2026 in the School Auditorium with the active participation of parents, teachers, students, and members of the PTA. The programme commenced with a graceful Prayer Dance, invoking God’s blessings upon the gathering.
The distinguished guests were then escorted to the dais, followed by a warm Welcome address by Mrs Anitha Menezes. The Headmistress addressed the gathering and presented important information regarding the school’s achievements, activities, and future plans. The Annual Report highlighting the academic, cultural, and co-curricular accomplishments of the institution was presented. This was followed by the presentation of the PTA accounts, ensuring transparency and accountability to all members.
The outgoing PTA Executive Committee members were appreciated and honoured for their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the school community. The Ex-President Rev Sr Cicilia Mendonca and Ex-Vice President Mrs Sabitha Saldanha shared their experiences and expressed gratitude to the management, staff, and parents for their cooperation and support during their tenure.
The newly elected PTA Executive Committee was then officially announced. The newly elected Vice President Mrs Ruth Pinto addressed the gathering and assured wholehearted support for the growth and welfare of the school.
Meritorious students were honoured and recognized for their outstanding achievements in academics, sports, and other activities. The PTA President Sr Shalet D Souza addressed the assembly, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in nurturing the holistic development of children.
The resource person was introduced to the audience and delivered an enlightening talk on issues relevant to education and parenting, which was greatly appreciated by all present.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, staff, parents, students, guests, and everyone who contributed to the success of the event. The meeting ended on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Anthem.The Annual General Body Meeting was a grand success, strengthening the bond between the school and the parent community and reaffirming their shared commitment to the all-round development of the students.
