On 23.03.2026, a seminar on counselling skills titled “Empowering Minds, Guiding Hearts” was conducted by Sister Shanthi Crasta AC. The session began with meditation and reflection activity a feeling list. A game with a smile ball introduced SMILE – Stress Management: A Journey to Introspect Learning Environment.

Through activities tying and untying knots, teachers learned to approach problems positively. Counselling was explained as a supportive talking process that helps individuals find their own solutions. Motivational ideas inspired by Gaur Gopal Das encouraged emotional strength.

The seminar covered burnout, habits, and psychological development stages. Strategies the VAK and PQRST models were introduced. Teachers were encouraged to read Atomic Habits by James Clear and adopt innovative teaching methods. The session concluded with demonstrations and guidance.
