Girl Child Day celebration

Sacred Hearts’ Pre-Primary School, Kulshekar, celebrated Girl Child Day on 23 September 2025 with great joy.

All the girls were warmly welcomed with flowers and brought in a beautiful procession, escorted by their teachers. A cultural programme was presented by the boys, highlighting the importance of girls, their achievements and their valuable contributions to society. They also expressed appreciation for the girls’ good work throughout the year.

Our Headmistress, Sr Rita Sharal BS, delivered an inspiring message on the significance of honouring and supporting every girl child.

To mark the occasion, pink chocolates were distributed to all the children. Fun games were also organised to encourage and delight the girls.

The celebration truly reflected the love, respect and appreciation for every girl child.
