St Therese feast celebrated by Little Way Association Sacred Hearts’

The Sacred Hearts’ Institutions joyfully celebrated the Centenary of the Canonization of St Therese of Lisieux on October 15, 2025. The program began with a prayer song by the children, followed by a floral welcome for the resource person, Sr Ann Emilia. A moral skit by the students beautifully depicted the life of St Therese and her message of doing small things with great love. Sr Rita Sharal BS, Headmistress warmly welcomed the guest speaker.

In her inspiring address, Sr Ann Emilia highlighted St Therese’s deep love for Jesus and Mother Mary, her simple and humble lifestyle, and her constant effort to please God in every small act. She encouraged students to practice humility, kindness, obedience, and patience by following the “Little Way” of St Therese.

Beautiful quotation books prepared by the children were displayed and appreciated by all. Sr Reena Juliet, the Superior, distributed prizes to the winners. The celebration concluded with a thanksgiving hymn, inspiring everyone to live with great love in little things.
